Another view along the walk to the local wal-mart equivalent.. The round thing in the background is s Tapas place and the crane lurking to the left is ... decoration. Posted by Picasa
Very nice... water, steel and glass scapes... Whatever happened to design and aesthetics? Great walk around this area and the Chinese restaurant (not in the pic) called Lotus is excellent. Dosent serve Masal Chow Mein though. Posted by Picasa
The larger boat population seems to be increasing.. this one has a south african flag fluttering... wonder if that is an expansion strategy fro the denizens of the matchbox apartments in the background?s Posted by Picasa

The retiring room.. usually occupied between 2 am and 8 am (on good days). The odd hours provide great training - ignore birds (the feathered variety) in the morning , the traffic noise, brats screaming ..... people one dosent have to worry about. Even with 30 people at the Bust stop (se previous pic) ther is pin drop silence.. sort of like when then Lambs stop bleeting before they are lead to the slaughter!

Home office sweet home office...
And this is what happens when one takes a sharp 180 degree turn... Camera in Hand ... Shutter release depressed. Similar effects can be obtained through a unique combination of 3 beers and a camera in hand : naturally one has to remembe where the shutter release is!! Posted by Picasa
If one leans out and looks left in the fading evening light ... the skies are (occasionally) clear and the lights of Canary Wharf merge with that of the setting sun... creating a unique experiment with natural light.. Posted by Picasa
